We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible with several couriers. Due to the size and weight of the bikes we sell this cannot always be guaranteed to be within 48hrs. You are also more than welcome to collect!
Returns
We are happy to discuss returns with you. Like any item that is shipped in a container, unforeseen damage may be present on an item when we send out. Please contact us directly if a product arrives damaged so we can solve for you
Trade/Bulk
We offer discounts if you’re buying more than 5 items at once! Please contact us directly at sale@pocketrockets.shop if you wish to discuss a bulk purchase. We are experts in sourcing from China so if there’s something you’d like in bulk but don’t know how to, give us a shout!
Warranty
All of our bikes are checked before despatch. The majority of issues we deal with are easily fixable/replaceable and often due to the bike standing for long periods of time with fuel in it. We always support our customers and happy to advise months or years after purchase.
